Charles Prow is the IBM general manager of Global Business Services and public Sector business, including federal government, state and local government, and healthcare. With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Prow has assisted large, complex organizations in the private and public sectors transform their operations through technology implementation. He has also served as Chairman of Open Applications Group and the Supply Chain Council. He is currently on the Executive Steering Committee of the Corporate Responsibility Officers Association and is a board member of the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts.

John Kamensky is a Senior Fellow with the IBM Center for The Business of Government and an Associate Partner with IBM's Global Business Services. During 24 years of public service, he had a significant role in helping pioneer the federal government's performance and results orientation. Mr. Kamensky is passionate about helping transform government to be more results-oriented, performance-based, customer-driven, and collaborative in nature. Since joining the IBM Center, he has co-edited six books and writes and speaks extensively on performance management and government reform.

Anthony Carnevale is director of the Georgetown University Center on Education and the Workforce. Appointed by President Bill Clinton to Chair the National Commission on Employment Policy and By President George Bust to serve on the White House Commission on Technology and Adult Education.
Jason J. Fichtener is a Senior Research Fellow at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University.
Mark Forman is currently co-leading a new venture in Government Transaction Services. From June 2001 through August 2003, Mr. Forman as Presidentially appointed as the first Administrator E-Government and IT.
Gail D. Fosler is president of The Gail Fosler Group LLC, a strategic advisory service for global business leaders and public policy makers. Fosler was twice named America’s most accurate economic forecaster by The Wall Street Journal.
Lawrence J. Haas is a former White House official and award winning journalist and is now Senior Fellow for U.S. Foreign Policy at the American Foreign Policy Council.
Debra Cammer-Hines is currently an IBM Managing Director. She is also the author of Managing Public Dollars.
Jack A. Meyer holds a joint appointment as Professor of the Practice in the Maryland School of Public Policy and the School of Public Health. He is also a principal with Health Management Associates in the Washington DC office.
William R. Phillips is the Principal in Charge of KPMG’s Federal Advisory unit.
Steve Redburn is the new project director for the Peterson-Pew Commission on Budget Reform, housed in the New America Foundation.
Raj Sharma is a Visiting Fellow at American Progress. He is the founder of the Federal Acquisition Innovation and Reform Institute (FAIR), and is also the founder and chief executive officer of Ceseo Consulting Group.
David M. Walker is the Founder, President and CEO of Comeback America Initiative. Previously he served as the seventh Comptroller General of the United States and head of the US Government Accountability Office.
